Payment & Refund Policy
This policy applies to professional services purchased from Achieveway Consultants (PVT) LTD under an official invoice or other written engagement confirmation.
1. Nature of the payment
The Visa Hub does not currently collect online payments. After a request is assessed and accepted, Achieveway issues the written scope, official invoice and approved payment instructions. Payments cover only the consultancy, registration, assessment, documentation, application preparation, administrative coordination or other service stated on that invoice. Government, embassy, immigration, VFS, institution, medical, insurance, translation, courier, bank and other third-party charges are separate unless expressly stated.
2. Non-refundable professional service fees
Professional service, registration, assessment, SOP/documentation and case-processing fees are non-refundable after payment is confirmed and Achieveway begins assessment, consultation, document review, drafting, application work, appointment coordination or any other agreed service activity.
3. Consultation bookings, fee credit and rescheduling
A consultation fee becomes non-refundable when the appointment is reserved, case preparation begins or the consultation commences. Don Wijesuriya’s 1-hour consultation fee may be credited against Achieveway’s professional fee when Achieveway accepts an eligible full case and the client begins that engagement within 7 calendar days after the consultation. The credit is not cash, has no surrender value, cannot exceed the Achieveway fee due and does not apply to third-party charges, authorised-provider services or the independent New Zealand licensed-adviser service. A client may request one consultation reschedule at least 24 hours before the confirmed appointment, subject to availability. A missed appointment, late arrival, failure to attend or cancellation within 24 hours does not create a refund entitlement. If Achieveway or the named professional cannot provide the confirmed appointment, we will offer a reasonable reschedule or review a refund through the original payment method.
4. Regulated and authorised-provider services
A New Zealand Dependent & Family Visa request begins with a New Zealand Licensed Immigration Adviser consultation and is subject to current licence verification, adviser acceptance and any written engagement terms required for the regulated service. The displayed NZD amount is the consultation fee only. Australian immigration-assistance matters proceed only after an Australian registered migration agent or legal practitioner accepts the matter and confirms the written scope and fees. Paid Canadian immigration advice or representation proceeds only through an authorised Canadian representative who accepts the matter.
5. No refund based on outcomes
No refund is due because an institution, embassy, immigration authority or other third party refuses, delays, withdraws or changes a decision; because the client changes plans; or because the client fails to provide accurate information, documents, funds or cooperation within the required time.
6. Limited payment-error exceptions
A refund review may be considered for a verified duplicate payment, an incorrect amount paid because of an Achieveway error, a payment for a service Achieveway confirms it cannot commence, or another refund right required by applicable law. Any approved refund will ordinarily be returned through the original payment route, subject to banking timelines.
7. Currency and third-party payments
The official invoice identifies the amount and currency due. Bank conversion, transfer and cross-border charges may apply and are borne by the client unless confirmed otherwise in writing. Refunds of government, institution or other third-party fees are governed exclusively by the relevant third party. Achieveway cannot promise or issue a refund on another organization’s behalf.
8. Case acceptance and client acknowledgement
Consultations, student visa applications, visitor visa applications, refusal recovery, New Zealand dependent/family cases and authorised-provider services require service-fit review and, where applicable, professional acceptance before payment. The client must review the service, amount, currency, payment stage and this policy before transferring funds. The official receipt or invoice identifies the purchased service and applicable payment terms.
9. Questions and payment errors
Contact info@achievewayconsultants.com or +94 71 898 0836 with the invoice number, payment reference and explanation. Do not send card numbers, CVV codes or online-banking credentials.
